Similan Seven Sea Club’s flexible approach to diving also applies to the way we teach our PADI courses. Choose your own course format that best suits your stay in Khao Lak. We offer PADI courses on daytrips, on overnight trips and also on our Similan Liveaboard trips.

Shorter times to reach the islands means more time for you to discover all the Similans have to offer whilst staying in comfort once you are there. Our boat crews are all experienced, well trained in boat handling, friendly and helpful.
Whilst in Khao Lak, why not visit some of the world famous National Parks that surround the area. Due to its location, Khao Lak is the ideal starting location to visit three of the most famous National Parks in Thailand. The Similan Island Marine Park, the Phang Nga Bay (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and Thailand’s oldest rainforest encircling the Khao Sok National Park and its appendage the Cheow Larn Lake.
If you are planning to stay in Khao Lak between November until March, we highly recommend that you pre book your hotel stay during the peak season beforehand.
Khao Lak has become a very popular holiday destination, finding budget and well managed accommodation in or around Khao Lak throughout the peak season is increasingly getting difficult.
Experienced and professional dive guide or instructor, small dive groups (4 – 1 ratio), full set of diving equipment, 12 l diving tank, weight belt and weights, PADI manual and certification fees, all entry and diving fees to the Similan and/or Surin Islands National Marine parks, hotel transfers (round trip) in the Khao Lak area, on board catering (breakfast, lunch, dinner, light snacks, fruit), drinking water, coffee, tea and your private towel

Why we believe that we can give you the best dive and snorkeling experience Thailand has to offer:
From Bangkok – Direct to Khao Lak via Highway 4. Approximate journey time 12 hours. Numerous scheduled air conditioned coaches and buses depart daily from the Southern Bus Terminal in Thonburi. Numerous private services are available from travel agents.
From Phuket – After leaving Phuket island go left onto Highway 402 and follow it straight to Khao Lak. Approximate journey time 1 hour (once you have left Phuket island). NB.It may help to follow the signs for Takua Pa which is well sign posted and the next major town after Khao Lak. Coaches depart from Phuket bus station hourly.
From Krabi – Join Highway 4 and follow the signs to Phuket, then take the 402 as mentioned above. There are no direct buses to Khao Lak, however if you arrive at the Kochloi bus station you can catch a bus direct to Khao Lak. Approximate travel time 1 hour each side of Kochloi.
Khao Lak has no airport. There are many scheduled flights from Don Muang airport in Bangkok to Phuket, investigate the following airlines; Airasia, Thai Airways, Bangkok Airways, Nok Air, One-two-go, for the best current deals.
